Mary Lou McCullough is the owner of Career Dimensions, a privately owned career development company providing outplacement, relocation and career counseling services to businesses in the Corning and Elmira area. Outplacement services have included government, medical, financial and private industry contracts. She successfully facilitated the outplacement services for one hundred sixty-four salaried employees during the 2004 closure of the MT Picture manufacturing facility in Horseheads, NY and currently maintains on-going outplacement contracts with various businesses in the area.
Her dual career relocation program, Career Transitions, was designed in 1989 and is an on-going program offered to area businesses to assist in the recruitment and retention of dual career couples.

Mary Lou holds a Bachelors degree in Education and a Masters degree in Counseling. In addition to her career counseling roles noted above, Mary Lou previously served as the Director for a high school vocational program comprised of fifteen occupational preparatory programs in Danville, Virginia. The role included management of programs, facility and placement. She also served as Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at Penn State University, Fayette Campus.
Mary Lou is a member of ICON (Independent Consultants Organizational Network), the Society of Human Resource Management, and the Human Resources Association of the Twin Tiers. Mary Lou is a member of the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce where she serves on the Public Affairs Council and recently completed a term as a member of the Board of Directors.
